Shipping policy

Free US shipping on orders over $75. Every other US order ships for $4.95 flat.

Every Odd Little Print Shop item is made to order. Nothing sits on a shelf waiting for you: your order is printed after you place it, then shipped straight to you from within the United States. We ship within the United States only.

Order processing

Your tee is printed for you after you order. Production takes 2 to 7 business days after your order is placed, and most orders are printed and shipped inside that window. Busy periods can add time.

Shipping and delivery

US shipping is $4.95 flat on every order, whatever the size or quantity. Shipping is free on US orders over $75, which works out at three or more tees. The exact cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Once your order ships, standard US delivery takes 5 to 10 business days. Your total wait is production time plus delivery time. Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.

Where your order is printed

Every order is printed in the United States by our print partner. Your tee is made to order and ships from there straight to you, so there are no customs charges and no import fees.

Order updates

Tracking is included on every order. When your order ships you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel.

Secure checkout

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. Orders go into production quickly, so if you need to change it, reach us through the contact page as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once production has started, and we are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, your parcel is marked delivered but has not arrived, or your order arrives damaged, contact us through the contact page with your order number. We will work with the carrier and our print partner to resolve it, and if needed we will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Estimates, not guarantees

All production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, holidays, weather and high order volumes can all add time. We are not responsible for delays once a parcel is with the carrier, but we will always help you chase it up.
